We know that a histogram is a visual representation of quantitative data and how it is distributed. In his latest series of works, Francisco Valverde creates a different interpretation of the entire word, without losing its essence.

It is certain that a histogram has to do with information and data, but it also creates a visual image or a desire graphic order. The latest series of paintings by Valverde, aspire to materialize the visual energy of a histogram and the emotions that it can create as a result of order, chroma, scale and texture.

Perhaps, all information accumulates data, but we should not forget that every piece of information also contains a metaphysical realm that speaks of a higher truth or in the very least, can give us a hint of a deeper meaning. Data and the accumulation of numbers, words or symbols communicate to us, an abstract entity that has rhythm, colour, emotions and an entire world of possibilities that can help us understand the energy that surrounds all.
