My work is based on experiences lived during my childhood, connecting with that scared and fearful child before making my first move. My inner child is fearful and scared not by the change, but by the concern that his most precious objects (toys) will suffer some damage in the transfer from ideas to painting, hence my desire to wrap and preserve faces with paper."
