Dan Alva, a renowned contemporary artist from the United States, was born in 1984 into a lineage of accomplished Spanish artists. Currently based in Miami, Spending much of his childhood tinkering in the garage with his father, an engineer, he was always working on cars or bicycles, learning how to use tools and using his hands. Slowly but surely, he discovered photography, documenting nights out and skateboarding with friends, before starting a career in graphic design, then advertising.

Considered a master of reimagining the greats, his work possesses an undeniable allure. Alva fearlessly presents his vibrant and intricate creations, meticulously crafted with a unique blend of figurative visual elements infused with contemporary elements like camouflage patterns and bold stripes. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Alva has spent the past 15 years contributing his creativity to the advertising industry.
